Admission and Enrollment
Application Process

- The school reserves the right to accept or reject any application
- Admission decisions are final and not subject to appeal
Enrollment Terms
- Enrollment is confirmed only upon payment of required fees
- Parents/guardians must submit all required documents within specified timelines
- The school reserves the right to cancel enrollment for non-payment or incomplete documentation
Fees and Payments
Tuition Fees
- Tuition fees are as published on our website and subject to change with notice
- Fees must be paid by the due dates specified
- Late payment may result in penalties as per school policy
Refund Policy
- Admission fees are non-refundable
- Annual tuition fees are refundable (minus one month's fee) if withdrawal occurs before June 30
- No refunds are provided for withdrawal after June 30
- Refunds are processed within 30 days of written withdrawal request
Academic Policies
Attendance
- Students must maintain minimum 75% attendance
- Excessive absences may result in academic penalties
- Parents must notify the school of absences promptly
Academic Standards

Virtual Window Terms
- Access credentials are personal and non-transferable
- Recording, downloading, or sharing of classroom footage is strictly prohibited
- Misuse of Virtual Window access will result in immediate termination of access
- The school reserves the right to suspend Virtual Window service for technical or security reasons
Intellectual Property
- All content on this website is the property of Alaska School of Excellence
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of content is prohibited
- School logos, trademarks, and branding are protected intellectual property
Photography and Media Release
- The school may photograph or video students for promotional purposes
- Parents may opt out of media release by written notification
- Students' names will not be published with photographs without explicit consent
Health and Safety
- Parents must provide accurate medical information
- The school will take reasonable measures to ensure student safety

Withdrawal and Termination
Voluntary Withdrawal

- Transfer certificates will be issued only after clearing all dues

School-Initiated Termination
The school reserves the right to terminate enrollment for:
- Non-payment of fees
- Serious disciplinary violations
- Failure to meet academic standards
- False information provided during admission
Limitation of Liability
- The school is not liable for loss or damage to personal property
- The school is not responsible for injuries occurring outside school supervision
- Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law
Force Majeure
The school is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or technical failures.
Changes to Terms
Alaska School of Excellence reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
