Early Years

Age: 2.5 - 5 years

Please keep the following documents ready when submitting your application:
Birth Certificate
Original for verification, photocopy for school records.
Aadhar Card
Aadhar card of child and both parents.
Previous School Records
Report card and Transfer Certificate (if applicable).
Photographs
Four recent passport-size photographs of the child.
Address Proof
Utility bill or any valid address proof document.
Medical Certificate
Medical fitness certificate from a registered practitioner.
All documents should be submitted in original for verification and photocopies for school records.
